This year, in the run up to Easter, Quartz will be giving up Sunday afternoons in Lent for three creative activities on each Sunday.

#SensingSpirituality walk,
‘Reading’ our environment to search out and examine the sensations which make us more than just our physical elements.

Our route will take us through the diversity of Dumfries, both urban and natural. Each person will have a notebook and there will be stops for meditation and discussion. We will meet at St John’s at 14.00  and then walk on from there. Please dress for the weather!

#MysteryOfGod Discussion Group,
Using the Churches together in Britain and Ireland resources https://ctbi.org.uk/lent/
At 1 James Avenue

#MarysChoice meals
Wind up the day by cooking, or choosing to rest in the lap of God and listen. We will then eat together at Kate and Simon’s house, 1 James Avenue.

More information can be found in St Johns building, or on the Quartz at St Johns Dumfries Facebook page
